Why color is important in life?

Colors are important in life. To begin with, colors show social meanings. For instance, if someone wears black clothes, it means that the person is sad. Also, we usually connect light blue with a baby boy and light pink with a baby girl.

Secondly, colors have a symbolic meaning. For example, red usually means danger and passion, but yellow reminds you about happiness and lightness. Besides, some colors are connected with nature, such as green for plants and trees, blue for the sky and the sea and white for snow.

Next, colors are connected with food. As a matter of fact, when we see some colors in food, we usually like or dislike this. In fact, if we see black or purple food, we think about poison and danger. However, red, orange or yellow are attractive colors in food: when we see them, we think, "delicious!"

To sum up, colors are an essential part of our lives.
